Julia Armendariz, Esq.

Julia Armendariz is a Senior Trial attorney at Gina Corena and Associates, PLLC., focusing her practice on catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, and wrongful death cases. Ms. Armendariz is dedicated to holding businesses and individuals accountable for injuries caused by negligence and assists in all stages of the litigation process.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Armendariz worked at a preeminent National law firm focusing on personal injury matters, commercial litigation and corporate disputes. She gained experience as a personal injury and commercial litigator representing clients in complex litigation matters. While working as a business litigator, the Nevada Business Magazine recognized Ms. Armendariz as a Best Up & Coming Attorney in Nevada—an award that recognizes the top 3 percent of licensed attorneys in Nevada in their industry.

Ms. Armendariz graduated cum laude from William S. Boyd Law School where she served as a member of the Society of Advocates. She received the top advocate, and best opening statement award while earning her spot on the Boyd Mock Trial team. She is a member of the Clark County Bar Association and Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys.

Ms. Armendariz is also receiving the Nevada Justice Association’s 2020 Club X Rising Star Award. This award, created in 2019, recognizes outstanding new leaders in the Nevada Justice Association (NJA), a group of independent lawyers who share the goal of improving Nevada’s justice system. The Club X Rising Star Award is given to individuals who have demonstrated commitment to the legal community and whose work displays and reflects strong emphasis on defending the civil justice system.
